Every Wesden piece is produced to order, packed, and shipped from B Print Atelier in Margate, Florida.

Production lead time

Works are produced in 7–10 business days. You'll receive confirmation when your piece begins production, and again when it ships.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every Wesden piece ships with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Breno Matias at B Print Atelier. The certificate is issued and stamped on the day the work is printed, included in the shipment, and registered against the work's edition number in the studio archive. It records the title and ID, edition number (for example 27/75), the paper used, and the production date. It travels with the piece for the rest of its life.

Domestic shipping (US)

Shipping within the United States is free. Continental US delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Prints ship flat or rolled in museum-grade tubes; larger prints ship in rigid, custom-engineered packaging with corner protection. Signature is required on delivery for all orders.

Origin point

All work ships from B Print Atelier, Margate, Florida (US). The studio is closed Sundays and US federal holidays. We do not drop-ship through third parties.

Returns

Because every piece is produced to order, Wesden does not accept returns based on preference. We accept returns or exchanges only for pieces damaged in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the damage clearly, then email hello@wesden.us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Sales tax

Florida sales tax applies to orders shipped within Florida. Tax for other US states is calculated at checkout based on prevailing rules.
