Partner Program Privacy Notice

This notice explains how 11 Photo, LLC., 2255 Glades Rd, Suite 122-A, Boca Raton, FL 33431, handles personal information in the Wesden Partner Program. It supplements the Wesden Privacy Policy and does not replace it.
What we collect
You give us:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Business or studio name, website, portfolio, and professional details
- Payment details (for example, your Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle address)
- Tax identification information (Form W-9 or Form W-8)
- Anything you write to us
Collected automatically when your links are used:
- Referral clicks, IP address, browser and device information
- Referring page and general location
- Orders attributed to your links or codes
Why we use it
- To review your application and operate your partner account
- To track referrals and calculate commission
- To pay you and to meet our tax reporting obligations
- To communicate with you about the Program
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To comply with law
Cookies
When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie is placed in their browser so that a later purchase can be attributed to you. It lasts 90 days. Visitors who reject or clear cookies may not be attributed.
Who we share it with
- GoAffPro — the platform that runs the Program, acting as our service provider
- Payment providers — Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, to send your payouts
- Tax authorities — where reporting is required
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where necessary
- A buyer or successor — if the business is sold or reorganised
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Partner account records are kept for one year after your account closes. Tax and payment records are kept for as long as US federal and Florida law require, which is longer than one year.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
To exercise any of these, write to hello@wesden.us. We may need to verify your identity. We cannot delete information we are required to keep for tax purposes.
Where information is processed
Personal information may be processed in the United States. If you are outside the US, participating in the Program means your information may be transferred there.
Changes
We may update this notice. The current version is always published at this address.
